Born and raised in Serere, Soroti in North Eastern Uganda in 1967,  Bernard Ebiau is the presiding prelate at Christ Central Christian Ministries Worldwide, Inc. in East and Central Africa, as well as, the Teso civil society representative at the Northern Uganda Transitional Justice Working Group.

He is a peace advocate, family counselor, a HIV/AIDS pastoral caretaker and writer with a passion to help people improve their lives.

For the last three decades, he has served in different church and community portfolios specializing in; Evangelism, Christian and family counseling, Peace and Conflict Resolution, HIV/AIDS Pastoral Care and Prevention, Psychosocial Development for the traumatized orphans and  vulnerable children.

He is married to Lillian Mary and have two children; Enoch Ellis Ebiau and Gloria Asio.
